The film face plywood can be used in level moulding board in buildings, shearing force wall, vertical wallboard, via-duct, cloverleaf junction, great dam, tunnel, girder and pillar etc.
1.The film faced plywood is pressed by hot press machine with pressure of 1200tons, with perfect tenacity, high intensity about 2-3 times than the solid wood.
2. Wide breadth, he dimension can reach 1220*2440mm, reduce connect gap, the thickness have 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 22mm etc. Compare with steel mould, the plywood have easy operating, improve efficiency.
3.The face and back made by imported film, the board was sanded and stressed nicely by sanded, with well flatness, velvet and easy to doff film, needn’t the second plaster, shorten the project time, light weight, easily to saw and nailed, can make all kind of abnormity board and make high working efficiency.
4.The plywood was glued by WBP glue, with well water proof, without expanding while soaked in boiled water for 4 hours. Without deforming while mixed with concrete, well antisepsis and worm resistence.
5. With low heat conduction, make construction in winter possible.
6. High turn over rate, 2 sides both worked, can be used for many times, long than steel moulds. |
