Brief Introduction to Jiangquan Wood Product Company
Shandong Jiangquan Industry Stock Co., Ltd wood product company is one of main enterprises of Huasheng Jiangquan Group, which is national level enterprise group with import and export right. The Group has 11 subsidiaries, two of them (including Jiangquan ) have been listed on stock exchange market. There are total 30 industrial enterprises with total asset RMB 3000 million yuan, including daily use porcelain, building ceramics, meat product, wood product, import & export, real estate development, construction and electric power. In 2002,the group was chosen as one of “500 largest enterprises of China”.
Jiangquan Wood Product Company was established in 1997，covering an area of 200 thousand square meters. After several years development, Jiangquan has become a diversicational enterprise intergrating logs importation, sales, rotary cut and production of plywood. The company has 2500 workers and total asset RMB 100 million yuan with yearly output value RMB 300 million yuan.
Jiangquan has established good relationship with Rimbunan Hijau Group Malasia and SNBG Gabon, importing 500 thousand cubic meters of logs from Africa，Southeast Asia，Pupea New Guinea. This company is one of three biggest African logs importers in China. The main species imported are okoume logs from Africa, mixed logs from Africa, Southeast Asia and Pupea New Guinea.
We can produce MR glue, E1 glue, E2 glue, WBP glue, Melamine glue plywood according to the different glue used and full poplar, Combi, Okoume face/back and poplar core, full okoume, Ayous, birch, radiate pine and fireproof, film faced plywood according to the different raw materials. The thickness of plywood is from 2.7mm to 40mm and yearly production volume of plywood 160,000 cubic meters. We also have 7 rotary cut production lines with yearly production volume 140,000 cubic meters. The total annual output value is around RMB 360 million yuan. The company is the biggest plywood and veneer production factory in Shandong province.
In order to guarantee the quality of product, the company strictly controls the quality of product according to the requirements of ISO 9000 quality management system and employed the experts from Philippines，Japan and U.S.A. The quality of plywood can meet American IHPA standard，Japanese JPIC standard，British BSI standard and Germany Industrial standard.
In purchasing and using raw materials, the company strictly chooses regular material suppliers according to ISO9000 requirements so that the quality of raw material can be controlled. All raw materials must be inspected before being used. At the end of 2002 year the company bought roller drier and further guaranteed the moisture control of core veneers.
For the control of production process, the company strictly controls the key process which affecting product quality, such as lay-up, hot pressing, sanding, so that the inner quality of plywood can be guaranteed.
In order to control physical and chemical indices of plywood, such as the bonding strength, formaldehyde emission and moisture content. The company set up an inspection center, purchasing advanced test equipments, such as omnipotent test machine for plywood, Formaldehyde emission test instrument，to inspect all products regularly. According to inspection results of national quality inspection organization, the formaldehyde emission of plywood produced by the company can completely conforms EN717 standard and environmental protection requirements of Europe.
In the grading process, the company has strictly trained all the grading workers and let them master all products standard from different countries. All the grading workers are strictly required to select products according to customers’ requirements. Any nonconformance are not allowed to go out to the markets.
