瑞典国家木业集团Setra Group AB是瑞典最大，欧洲第三大的木业工业公司。年销售额约为6亿欧元， 雇员人数为1400多人。 我公司以销售自产的锯材和木制品为主， 同时兼卖其他公司生产的木制品。我公司主要的顾客包括木制产品加 厂， 例如: 家具, 门窗及建筑材料加工厂, 建筑材料商店，分销商及贸易商。 我们的服务原则是: 完全按照用户指定的用途和应用要求来研制开发和生产我们的产品。我公司产品中的35% 售于 瑞典本国， 其他为出口产品， 出口的主要国家有: 英国，丹麦，德国，西班牙，法国，挪威，意大利 及日本。
集团包括12家锯木厂，5个木材深加工厂 以及8个物流中心，公司50% 的股份归瑞典国家所有。
产品介绍
我公司的产品可分为以下几大类:
1. 欧洲赤松和欧洲云杉锯木板材: 我公司的产品都经过了高技术的加工处理和特别的窑内干燥，可用于细木工业例如: 家具制造; 建筑行业, 例如: 房屋建筑，门窗等。
2. 装潢木材: 例如各种装饰板，桑拿板，刨光材，护墙板，木线条，地板等。
3. 特殊建筑类木材: 例如胶合材， 指接材，防腐木等。
环境保护
环境保护是我公司日常经营中一个重要的方面。在我们的日常生产和管理中， 我们一贯按照可持续发展原则， 在原料选择，能源利用，生产工艺，产品开发等整个生产流程中遵循环境保护原则， 力求将对自然和环境的影响降到最低限度。
公司所有原材料都来自FSC和 PEFC认证过的森林， 我公司所用的能源大都来自可再生能源。我们在提高我们自己的环保意识的同时， 也对我们的供应商及其他合作单位提出环保要求。
Setra Group AB is Sweden’s largest and Europe’s third largest wood products company. Our annual sales total over EUR 6 million and we have about 1,400 employees. Setra sells wood-based solutions, which include its own production of sawn and processed wood products as well as insourced products together with a wide range of services. Our main customer base is the building materials trade and industrial customer such as planning mills, distributors, importers, and the wood products industry such as gluelam, window and door manufacturers.
The strategy is to follow customers into their selected markets on their terms. About 35% of Setra’s annual volume is sold in the Swedish market. Exports are primarily to the UK, Denmark, Germany, Spain, France, Norway, Italy and Japan. The Group has 12 sawmills, 5 processing units and 8 distribution units. Setra is owned by Sveaskog (Swedish nation) (50%), LRF (landlord) (25%) and Mellanskog (forest lord) (24%). Other shareholders own the remaining 1%.
Setra also has an active and preventive approach to environmental issues and works in accordance with the following policy:
1, We will establish and follow up tangible environmental targets for our operations.
2, We will comply with environmental laws and requirements which concern our business.
3, The timber raw material come from PEFC and FSC certified. The objective is that the energy we consume comes from renewable energy sources.
4, Environmental consideration when purchasing goods and services. This applies to both the external and working environment.
5, We will influence our suppliers and other partners so that they contribute to compliance with our environmental policy.
6, All employees must have the competence they need to comply with this environmental policy.
7, Setra will report on environmental issues in an open manner to all the company’s stakeholders, both employees and external parties.
