Mengtian Group Company is located in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, the People’s Republic of China. It is about an hour’s drive from Shanghai Pudong Airport (100 kilometers). Our company has been in the business of floor boards and wooden doors for over fifteen years. Our employees are all professionally trained, making up a vigorous team of 3100 strong, among them 230 are senior technical managing personnel. They are working in our two processing factories that occupy a total area of 335,000 square meters, with a factory building space of 212,000 square meters. By year 2005, our general assets have reached at least $56,000,000. We own world-class up-to-date production equipments imported from Germany, Japan, Holland, and Italy. We follow closely the ISO9000:2000 management system in product development, material purchasing, production, and marketing. Up till now, we have attained an annual capacity of making 2,000,000 wooden doors in embossing technique, 600,000 doorframes, 2,600,000 meters of moldings, and 3,000,000 square meters of three- or multi-layer compound floor board.
The ISO9000 quality control system is the working guide and organizing principle in our production, starting from the initial preparation of raw materials, steaming and boiling, planing and cutting, drying, processing, until the making of finished products. In this way, the quality of each item is under close scrutiny and tight control from the beginning to the end, guaranteed to be first-rate and dependable. We are also equipped with a complete range of inspecting and testing apparatus in order to ensure the top quality of adhesives, paint, and ready-made materials or items, etc.
Not only the quality of products, but also the benefits and personal interest of our employees are thoughtfully taken care of. In this respect, we have been striving to arrive at the international norm. We have installed almost all necessary fittings that are required by SA8000 standard, such as the central dust-removing system, automatic electric water heater, the Everpure water treatment system imported from the US, etc. We have also built parking lots, tennis courts, basketball courts, internet centers, supermarkets, snack bars, canteens, dorms, and other facilities for the ease and comfort of our employees. The dorms are all furnished, including television sets, air-conditioners, water heater, water treatment system, etc.
Our company has passed the ISO9000 and ISO14000 standard attestation. Our product has passed the Royal attestation of England. Currently our company is named among the 30 best enterprises in China for making wooden doors and floor boards. Our brand name “Mengtian” (Dream Heaven) has become one of the best brand names in the country.
