Dreamhouse is the wood frame Division of China Enterprise Co. Ltd., which is the largest Real Estate Development Company in Shanghai, China. It has been existing since 1954. These years wood frame house has been blooming in China. And we ,Dreamhouse has completed hundreds of wood frame houses/villas these years. At present, we have new projects of 50 villas to build recently.
We have been importing materials from Canada and US, generally lumber materials such as SPF,CCA,LVL,I-JOIST & HANGER. We have stable and pleasant business relationship with CANFOR company, JAGER company, Tembec, Weyhaeuser company, IKO, Owens Corning, Kaycan, and Duo Vac company. Some of them provide design layout for our villas and technical training and consultation services together with their products to us and these did great help in making us the leader of wood villas industry.
