产品结构和性能特点：该产品第一组砂头选用25Sh软定厚辊，第二组砂头选用琴键式砂光垫，可以对有精度误差的部件进行分段分块砂削；两组砂带均使用变频调速，速度在3~15m/s之间可调，以适应不同漆种的砂削；进料速度在4~21m/min无级调整；真空吸附工作台面，可以适用小工件、光滑工件和弯曲薄板的砂光；浮动工作台适用于凹凸不平板面砂光的；而压靴的使用可以有效地防止薄板的翘头、翘边，也有利于小工件的砂削。
