随着人造板等材料在家具及装饰行业的应用越来越广泛，家具及装饰业为适合人们回归自然的选择，对实木封边带、实木包覆材料及木皮的需求量也越来越大。因此，我公司最新开发出实木封边带、实木包覆材料、连续接长木皮生产线成套设备。该设备主要用于将干燥后的刨切薄木由短接长，其接口形态为不平衡指形齿，接长后的单板长度可达200-300米以上，接长后的单板经打卷机自动打成盘状。接好后的单板再经托底机将无纺布与其粘贴在一起。之后，再经单板带砂光机进行定厚砂光、抛光。砂光后的单板再经单板分切机分切成需要的宽度，并自动形成盘状的成品封边带或包覆材料及接长木皮。
With increasingly extensive application of wood-based panels and other materials in furniture and decoration industries, the furniture and decoration
industries have an increasingly great command for solid wood edgeband, solid wood coating material and wood veneer, which is applicable to the selection of returning to the nature. Therefore, our company has developed a complete set of productionline equipment for solid wood edgeband, solid wood coating material and continuous lengthening ofveneer wood. The equipment is mainly used to lengthen the sliced veneer after drying and the interface form is an imbalanced finger-type gear. The length of the lengthened single panel can reach above200 to 300 meters and the lengthened single panel is automatically made into a disc through a winding machine. The single panel is attached with non-woven fabrics through a backing machine after lengthening. Afterwards, the single panel is sanded through fixing thickness and polished by a sandingmachine. The sanded single panel is cut into the required width through a single-panelcutting machine and is automatically made into disc-type edgeband for finished goods or coating material and lengthened wood veneer.
