We would like to buy the following:
- 10 cubic meters of birch plywood (waterproof glue) in sheets of 1220 x 2440 x 27 mm
- 225 sheets of beech plywood (waterproof glue) 1220 x 2440 x 37 mm (I don t know how many cubic meters this is)
The above mentioned quantities are needed every 2-3 months.
I am not sure if beech plywood is available? I have checked internet, could see that most companies only use birch or pine.

Dear Ms Janet,
I have checked with my boss and we need BB grade plywood. The core can be made of any wood but for us it is important that the surface/back is made of birch and beech wood, according to the quantities below.
The plywood should be glued with waterproof glue so that the sheets are waterproof.
I hope this information is sufficient, if not please let me know.

However, for the sheets with dimensions 1220 x 2440 x 37 mm we need a face/back of beech and not birch. Is this possible? Will this be the same price?

With regards to the plywood, we are thinking of sending you a sample of the plywood we need, this is for the 37 mm thickness.
The factory can then see how it is put together and how we need it.
For now we are checking what is the best way of sending this sample.
We expect to buy 5000 sheets (1220 x 2440 x 37 mm) per year.
I don t have a sample of the 27 mm plywood but basically this will be the same but birch face/back instead of beech.
The construction of this sheet will be exactly the same as the 37 mm.
I hope this is clear. I will let you know on Monday when we will send the sample and I hope this will be helpful for you finding the right supplier.

Dear Janet,
With regards to the plywood, we use it for workbenches and worktables. Please see attached pictures.
We need plywood with a core of birch or poplar but the face and back should be of beechwood, no film.
We will send you some samples this week.
